TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with Alaanah, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
1. GENERAL
● Alaanah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
● Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. ● All products and services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
● Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
● We operate on a prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. ● Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
● All products are subject to stock availability.
● In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to:
○ Offer an alternative product, or
○ Decline the order or process a refund at our discretion.
4. PRICING POLICY
● Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
● We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.
5. SIZING POLICY
● All ready-made abayas are stitched in standard/common sizing, with a maximum length of up to 56 inches.
● Ready-to-ship abayas are generally available only in these standard sizes.
Custom Sizing & Alterations
● Custom sizes or alterations must be requested at the time of order.
● Requests are subject to:
○ Fabric availability
○ Design feasibility
Sizing Disclaimer
● Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
● We do not guarantee fit for incorrect size selection.
● No exchange, return, or refund will be provided for sizing issues if measurements are not properly specified.
6. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
● Colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. ● Minor variations in fabric, finish, or detailing are natural and not considered defects.
● Complimentary hijabs may not be available for all products and must be confirmed before ordering.
7. CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
● Custom orders are created based on customer references.
● We do not replicate or copy designs from other brands.
Design Interpretation
● Each design is uniquely recreated in Alaanah’s style.
● Variations in color, fabric, or detailing may occur.
● Final products will not be exact replicas of reference images. Timeline
● Custom orders require:
○ 2–3 weeks for processing, and
○ Up to 1 week for dispatch
Customer Responsibility
● All details must be finalized before placing the order.
● Changes may not be possible after confirmation.
8. PRE-BOOKING POLICY
Pre-Booking Orders
● Pre-booking is available for selected out-of-stock designs, colors, or prints. ● Customers must confirm availability via WhatsApp before placing the order.
Fabric & Print Disclaimer
● We use imported fabrics and digital prints.
● Colors, shades, and prints may vary slightly between restocks.
● Exact replication of previous batches cannot be guaranteed.
Timeline
● Pre-booking orders may take 3–6 weeks for restock and dispatch. ● Timelines may vary due to sourcing and production factors.
Unavailability Clause
● If the selected product becomes unavailable:
○ Customers must choose from available designs or new launches. ○ Refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed only at our discretion.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Dispatch
● Ready-to-ship orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
● Custom & pre-booking orders: Dispatched as per communicated timelines.
Delivery Timeline
● Within Kerala: 1–5 working days
● Other locations: Depends on courier service
● International shipping: 2–4 weeks (may vary)
Shipping Charges
● Shipping fees are calculated based on:
○ Weight
○ Quantity
○ Packaging
Delivery Options
● Pickup or doorstep delivery (additional charges apply).
Express Shipping
● Immediate or express shipping can be arranged upon request at additional charges. ● However, Alaanah is not responsible for courier delays under any circumstances.
International Shipping Disclaimer
● Customers are solely responsible for any:
○ Custom duties
○ Import taxes
○ Additional logistics charges
● These charges are beyond Alaanah’s control and responsibility.
Liability Disclaimer
● We are not responsible for:
○ Courier delays
○ Incorrect shipping details
○ Customer unavailability
10. ORDER TRACKING
● Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
● If the order is not received within 3 days after dispatch, customers must contact us.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
● All sales are final.
● No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed except under exceptional circumstances. Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims
● A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
● Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
● After verification, we may:
○ Repair the product, or
○ Replace it (subject to availability)
● Refunds, if approved, are at Alaanah’s sole discretion.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
● All designs, content, images, and branding belong to Alaanah. ● Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
● We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
● Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. ● We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
● Customer data is used only for order processing and communication. ● We do not share personal information except for order fulfillment purposes.
16. GOVERNING LAW
● These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
● Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
